Our process is simplified for your convenience. Sign up using your zip code which tells you your pick up day. Fill out the information form and payment method. You will receive a reminder alert the night prior to pick up. Your laundry will be picked up within a window of time and returned within 48 hours.

We wash general everyday laundry. If you have sentimental pieces please do not send. No shoes, or dry clean only laundry.

You will receive a text when your laundry is picked up and a text when it is dropped off. Should anything arise when sorting through the laundry ie. Stains, rips, tears, material we cannot wash, you will receive a message stating that.

We handle routine laundry. Stains are not our specialty. If you have items that are stained we can wash them and do our best but we will not guarantee stain removal. The item will need to be documented for us so we can do our best to return at the highest standard possible.

Items that are excessively stained, have bodily fluids, mold, or materials that is harmful will be returned without wash and charged an additional fee. Please remove prior to sending.
